How long does shipping take for Freegobikes electric bikes?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your bike departs our warehouse.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our electric bikes arrive approximately 85% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We provide all necessary tools and a detailed instruction manual in the box.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, the bike must be in original packaging and have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer. Please note that return shipping fees may apply for non-quality related returns.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Freegobikes offers a 1-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, and controller against manufacturing defects. Detailed warranty terms can be found on our dedicated Warranty page.
How do I maintain my e-bike battery for longevity?
To maximize battery life, avoid letting it drain to 0% frequently. We recommend charging it after every ride and storing it in a cool, dry place. If you aren't riding for a long period, keep the battery charged between 40% and 60%.
Are Freegobikes water-resistant?
Yes, our bikes are rated IP54 for water resistance, meaning they can handle splashes and light rain. However, we do not recommend riding through deep puddles or cleaning your bike with a high-pressure power washer.
